Rules and Regulations COMMITTEE

The purpose of the Audiovisual Committee is to coordinate the use of the audiovisual systems for the benefit and use of the homeowners and the various clubs and committees on behalf of the Board of Directors.

The purpose of the Finance Committee is to serve as the financial planning consultant for the Board of Directors for matters relative to the needs, requirements, and priorities for budgeting in the resort.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Hospitality and Information Committee shall positively promote Roadhaven as a Seasonal Resort to existing and prospective homeowners and renters through resort tours and by distributing marketing materials.

The purpose of the HR Committee is to partner with Roadhaven management to support the development and maintenance of policy, procedures, and related documents to aid in the recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce.

The Recreation Council Committee shall serve as the consultant for the Board of Directors for matters relative to the social and recreational programs and facilities for the Clubs in Roadhaven Resort for the mutual assistance, enjoyment, and entertainment of its residents. 

The purpose of the Rules and Regulations Committee shall be to initiate, review and research all Board-directed changes to the Association governing documentation.
