Property caretakers/lot maintenance people will often make repairs and provide upkeep of the outside and/or inside of your home while you are away from Roadhaven.
A property caretaker typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Repairing damages caused by natural disasters such as storms.
- Maintaining grounds to ensure that they are safe and orderly.
- Performing maintenance tasks as needed.
- Performing yardwork tasks as needed.
- Performing housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Ensure that all doors and windows are secure at all times.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the property owner.
- Coordinating repairs and/or maintenance services with contractors to ensure that work is done correctly and within specific timeframes.
Sharing your property caretaker information with us will help mitigate issues when you are away from Roadhaven. Along with contacting you, your property caretaker would be the person we would reach out to if we notice structures in disrepair, weeds that need attention or when patrol sees a security issue such as an open window.
