Lock Box – Protect Your Home in an Emergency
Learn how lock box can help in an emergency.
In-park mail is available for you to send cards and letters to your neighbors. Please make sure you include both the senders and recipients’ first and last names and unit number on the envelope. Do not use nicknames. In-park mail is located next to the mailroom window in Phase I and inside the mailbox room in Phase II.
• Maintenance of your mailbox is your responsibility. Check the nut that secures the striker arm regularly and tighten as needed. If you lose your key or if it becomes stuck, you will need to contact a locksmith.
• Mailboxes cannot accommodate a buildup of mail. Please check your mail daily.
• If you have a pink slip in your mailbox, that means you have mail that wouldn’t fit in your mailbox. Please go to the mailroom window to pick up your mail. Examples would be small packages, license plates or excessive amounts of mail.
• If you have a key with a blue or pink plastic tag in your mailbox, that means you have a large package that doesn’t fit in your mailbox. Please use the key to open the corresponding parcel box. Phase I parcel boxes are located to the west of the mailroom window. Phase II parcel boxes are located east of the mailbox room. Parcel boxes are only utilized for packages.
• When checking in, please leave the wood block in mailbox. We will remove it within 48 hours
• When leaving the park for the season or for more than 30 days, advise the front office so they can close your mailbox and the mailroom can forward your mail. If you need mailing labels, you can purchase a sheet of 30 at the front office for $2.50.
• If we do not have mailing labels for you, the mailroom will keep parcels and mail for two weeks before returning it to the sender.
When giving out your mailing address, please use the following formats.
