    Unimpressed

    From personal experience when you sign the contract and it says everything in house as of today stays please take pictures so you have proof of what was there. We didn’t and things disappeared. When asked about things missing, the response from our realtor was “what do you want me to do replace it.” It never was replaced. Not to happy with a realtor that is supposed be working for you and doesn’t have your back.
