LIST FOR SALE

STEP 1:

STEP 3:
Use the button below or in the top right corner of the website to CREATE A LISTING

STEP 4:
Submit your listing for approval.

STEP 5:
Listing is published after it has been approved by the front office. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Property must be located within Roadhaven Resort (Arizona).
Agent, Agencies, and Property Managers please follow the above steps but choose “AGENT” when registering. 

LIST FOR RENT

STEP 1:
You must be a registered user of roadhaven.com.

Log into your roadhaven.com account (not your HOA account).
-Click here to log into your existing roadhaven.com account.


STEP 3:
CREATE A LISTING
and check the boxes next to the months your RENTAL is AVAILABLE.

STEP 4:
Submit your listing for approval.

STEP 5:
Listing is published after it has been approved by the front office. 

STEP 6:
Temporarily remove your listing while you have a renter. Then reactive your listing when it is time to rent again. Save work and time by logging into roadhaven.com, (not your HOA account) and unpublish your listing. This will save your listing until the next time you need it.

CHANGING THE STATUS

You can change the STATUS of your property listing from “For Sale” to the following:

  • UNDER CONTRACT
  • SOLD
  • BACK ON THE MARKET

STEP 1:
Log into your roadhaven.com account (not your HOA account).

STEP 2:
Click on MY PROPERTIES (under PROPERTY LISTINGS) and EDIT the listing STATUS using the drop-down menu when clicking STATUS. 

STEP 3:
Save/submit your listing for review. Once approved by the front office, the listing will appear under the new status category.

"WANTED" RENTALS AND HOMES/RV LOTS FOR SALE

 

STEP 1:
If you are wanting to place an ad looking for a rental or sale, please follow the same steps as creating a listing.

STEP 2:
Use the STATUS drop-down menu to select the WANTED status. 

STEP 3:
Use the description box to list your requirements and timeframe for purchase or rental.

STEP 4:
Save/submit for front office approval.

Your WANTED listing will appear in the CLASSIFIED section of roadhaven.com.

WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL LISTING?

A couple of conscientious choices can make a BIG difference in the outcome in response to your online listing. Here are a couple of easy-to-follow tips that will help you create a successful Real Estate/Rental listing.

  • Avoid using ALL CAPS when typing.
    Why? – When outside of a headline, using ALL CAPS translates into yelling and can be difficult to read when an entire description is written as if the reader is being yelled at.
  • Use photos with good lighting, avoid large shadows and use your phone’s basic editing features to crop and auto-adjust your images prior to uploading.
  • Check your email’s junk and spam boxes. Gmail also has an “all mail” tab that is useful when checking. The contact form on the listing page will go directly to the email address you used to set up your roadhaven.com account, not your HOA account or any other email you have used with Roadhaven Resort, including email signup. 

Include Detailed Information
The more detailed the information, the more traffic your post will get from active adults 55 and over that currently looking for rentals or real estate in communities just like Roadhaven!

Use the Rental Months Checkboxes
If you are listing a rental, do not type the months the rental is available, but use the checkboxes on the listing form. If you created your listing prior to this, you will have to edit your rental and use these checkboxes so that your rental appears within the search return.

Don’t be a Poet:
Rather than trying to come up with adjectives, simply share the most valuable details. Visitors with the intent to buy or rent would rather know the square footage of a unit or land area than your time being spent finding the right word to describe a carport. Keep it simple and use the available areas, required or not, to input the most valuable information to someone searching for a home/property listing similar to yours.
