Roadhaven is a seasonal community that is unique in that residents take pride in owning their lots. We are a spectacular, age-restricted, gated resort offering first-class amenities.
Roadhaven West is where additional residential areas are and where you will find the Restaurant and Fitness Center, another swimming pool, hot tub, the 9-hole golf course, the Dakota Building, more tennis courts, the bocce ball courts, and garden shop.

Roadhaven East is where you will find the main swimming pools and hot tub, including the therapy pool. It is also home to the Rec Hall, the Main Office buildings, including the main post office, the Activities Office, to name just a few. Some of the tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts are located in Roadhaven East, as are many of the 1062 residential lots.
