Electricity, Cable TV and Internet NOT included.  However, there are seven locations within Roadhaven Resort to access free internet.

Reservations require a signed rental agreement and $ 1,000 deposit plus 2.2% Apache Junction sales tax.  Cancellations received in writing two months before start will receive $ 500 refund.  Deposit is credited to rent and balance of rent is to be paid two months before start of agreement.
