2023 – 2024 SEASON at 1045 S Cheyenne

With this beautiful and well-maintained unit, we are providing you an opportunity to same sample Roadhaven without a full season commitment.  Location is across from the main recreation hall, pools, library, pool hall, card room, gym, showers and the office.

Unit has washer/dryer, queen sized bed, 1 bathroom with walk in tub.  Separate shed for storage.  Parking for one vehicle.  Sorry, no RV’s, no Cargo Trailers, no pets and no smoking.

Electricity, water, sewer and garbage included.  There is on air TV with approximately 30 stations and several free internet spots located in the resort.

RENTAL RATES plus a 2.2% Apache Junction sales tax will be added:

November:    $ 2,000

December:     $ 2,000

January:         RENTED

February:       RENTED

March:            $ 3,200

April:              $ 2,000

Reservations require a signed rental agreement and $ 1000 deposit.  Cancelations received 60 days or more in advance will receive $ 500 refund.  Deposit is credited to rent, and balance is be paid two months before start of agreement.
