Electricity included. Cable TV and Internet NOT included (we have an antenna and receive 60 channels). However, there are seven locations within Roadhaven Resort to access free internet, including one location directly across the street.
Reservations require a signed rental agreement and 50% deposit plus 2.2% Apache Junction sales tax. Deposit is credited to rent and balance of rent is to be paid two months before start of agreement.
