Listing Description
Are you a Resident at Roadhaven Resort?
Whether you are looking to list your Park Model Home or RV lot for sale or rent, or post Classified ads, you can do both on this single form.
Use LISTING TYPE to select your type of listing (i.e., Classified – General Sale, Real Estate Park Model Home)
Next, use the STATUS to let viewers know if your item is “For Sale”, “For Rent”, “Wanted” etc.
The LABELÂ menu is used for Real Estate to label the listing as “For Rent by Owner”, “For Sale by Agent”.
When you post a price, the system will round the price up. Example: You have set the price for $12.95, the front-end system will show $13.
UPLOADING IMAGES
When uploading images, simply drag and drop your images to the GALLERY area.
- To arrange your photos, simply drag them to the position of your choosing.
- To select the cover photo, click the STAR icon.
If you are POSTING CLASSIFIED ADS, your form options end here. All other questions are only relevant to those posting REAL ESTATE listings.
Once you have completed your listing form, click SUBMIT in the lower right corner.
Your listing will be sent to the administrator for review. Once reviewed, your listing will be live.
To EDIT YOUR EXISTING LISTING
- Make sure you are logged into your roadhaven.com account
- Go to My Profile and click on My Listings
- Click on Published Listings and click on the button on the right side of the screen that says “ACTIONS” and
- select EDIT to edit your CLASSIFIED or REAL ESTATE LISTING
