Let this unit be the base camp for your Arizona vacation. Comes well equipped with bicycles, golf clubs, pool noodles, BBQ, and all your entertaining needs. Enjoy the raised patio for your morning coffee or afternoon ”Happy Hour”. The undercover lower patio with pull-down shades provides a nice quiet area for entertaining. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles on the private driveway. Inside you will find a very well stocked, clean, and well maintained unit with a water dispenser, leather recliners, hide a bed couch, queen size comfortable bed and newer laminate flooring throughout. No Pets, No Smoking, No Cargo Trailers, No RV’S.
There is a golf cart that is a courtesy but not part of the rental agreement.
Electricity included up to $100.00. Cable T.V. and internet NOT included (We do have an antenna and receive around 60 channels for free). There are 7 locations within Roadhaven to receive free access to the internet.
Reservations require a signed rental agreement and a $500.00 deposit. Deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to your stay. Once the lease is initiated, the deposit will then be the refundable damage/cleaning deposit.
Unit is $1400.00 mo. A 2.2% tax will be added to the monthly rent.
