1, 2, 3, Floor! Billiards is getting the floor repaired, leveled, and all new carpet. The pool tables are currently being stored in the Rec Hall. Once renovations are complete, six tables will be getting new felt.

The Activities Office is moving from the Teton Building into the Rec Hall. The newly built office will be at the north main entrance near the restrooms. A walk-up window will be available both inside and outside the Rec Hall for fast and easy convenience to purchase tickets for concerts and events.

The Card Room is temporarily moved to the Dakota Room in the Apache building during renovations. Once renovations are complete the Card Room will be located in the Aztec building (in the original Fitness Center next to the Cantina).

The Fitness Center is moving from the Aztec building in Phase II to the Teton building in Phase I. This expansion project will help accommodate future growth at Roadhaven.

We will be adding approximately 85 square feet to the Front Office. This space will be utilized by our Office Manager to consult with both new and existing residents.

The Library is temporarily closed. All books are carefully packed and stored in the Rec Hall during renovations. Once renovations are complete the Library will be located in the Aztec building (in the original Fitness Center next to the Cantina).

Our golf maintenance crew is strategically removing unnecessary turf to reduce water usage, seed, and labor costs. We have reduced turf in years past, this summer we are working near hole #6. We will utilize some of the new open areas to rehome native plants.
