LISTING FORM ACKNOWLEDGMENT 
By submitting a property listing, the submitter represents that all information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and agrees that the Association:

• Does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or representative
• Does not verify listing details, pricing, availability, or legal compliance
• Does not endorse or recommend any property, seller, or transaction

Listings containing discriminatory language or content prohibited by federal, state, or local fair housing laws will not be accepted and may be removed at the Association’s discretion.

LISTING POLICY
The Association provides a limited platform for individual owners and approved third parties to share property listing information as a convenience to residents. The Association is not a party to any real estate transaction and does not participate in negotiations, showings, contracts, or communications between buyers and sellers.

All listings must comply with applicable fair housing laws and Association policies. The Association reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time for any reason not limited to listings that contains prohibited, misleading, discriminatory, or inappropriate content, or that is inconsistent with community standards or legal requirements.
