Happy Friday, Roadhaven!

The heat is finally breaking and the anticipation is growing as we get ready for another amazing season together.

From a refreshed golf course to a brand-new HOA portal and the return of the Roadhaven Café, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive and settle in.

Closures, Cracks, and Reminders

We’re sprucing things up for the season. Thank you for your patience while these areas get a refresh!

Pool Closure Update

The Phase 1 pool decking is undergoing touchups which means the pool will remain closed, possibly opening the afternoon of Friday, Sept 19. We’ll send an update letting you know when it is open.

Dog Park for small dogs

The small dog park will close for overseeding September 11–21, 2025 and reopen September 22, perfect for happy paws and fresh grass. Check the posted schedules on the gates of both dog parks.

Golf Course

The greens are taking a well-earned break for overseeding September 11 through November 02, 2025. Get ready to tee off again on November 03 when the course reopens.

Rec Hall Wall Update

The south Rec Hall wall was investigated after discovering water damage. A plan for repair is now in place. Work will begin next week. At this time there is no estimated end date for the work. We will be sure to update you via our weekly newsletters.

Asphalt Repair Schedule - Resort-wide

Good news! – Asphalt crack repair work will run Tuesday, September 16 through Thursday, September 18, and will not require full road closures. We’re asking residents to drive through the areas carefully and with caution.

There may be brief periods of wait after the material to repair the cracks are applied. Keep your eye out for Holbrook Asphalt crew members who will signal drivers when it is safe to proceed. Garbage and recycling services will not be affected.

Two Weeks Prior to Arrival

Before you arrive, notify the Main Office at 480-982-4811 or use this Check In Form at least a week in advance so we can open your mailbox and stop mail forwarding.

And don’t forget your furry companions! Register your pet and provide a current rabies certificate with our Pet Registration Form to keep tails wagging all season!

Restaurant at Roadhaven

It’s truean outside vendor will reopen the restaurant on October 01 for the 2025–2026 season.
The café is independently managed and operated and is not part of Roadhaven HOA operations.

For hours, menus, updates, and specials, follow their Facebook page, Roadhaven Café. Please note the café will be cash-only this season. Show your support and help keep this wonderful amenity a part of the Roadhaven community.

See You Soon!

As you gather your things for the trip back to Roadhaven, don’t forget your flip flops, your pet’s current rabies certificate and to notify the Main Office so we can open your mailbox and stop mail forwarding. We can’t wait to see you here!

Tickets on Sale Soon

This year, concert AND event tickets will be available for purchase online.

The first round of concert tickets starts this coming Monday and will be open to residents who purchased and would like to repurchase the same table they had last year. Each table has 8 seats, and a season table pass offers a big savings (individual tickets for each show are $30+ fees, whole tables break down to $22.25 each show after fees).

The August 27 email listed the wrong price. Whole tables break down to $22.25 per ticket, per show, for a total of $1,246.60 with fees, not $23.60 per ticket, per show.

Last year’s season table pass holders will be emailed a link to purchase tickets on Monday morning.

This year, event tickets will be available online prior to the start of the season so be sure to keep an eye on your email.

HOA Portal Engage

Roadhaven property owners should have received an email from Enumerate Engage by now. As we mentioned, ComWeb, our old HOA Portal, was acquired by Enumerate Engage.

To access the new HOA Portal, you will need to login and reset your password.

If you need help, please call Enumerate Engage at 855-373-5722 (Option 1 for Support, Option 2 for Engage). Your autopayment information should still be valid, however, it is best to log in and check your account.

Remember that the HOA Portal and roadhaven.com both have log in options but are separate websites. To learn about their differences, please read this article.
