Feeding javelina may seem harmless, but it teaches them to associate people with food, which can lead to aggressive behavior and dangerous encounters.
These animals are strong and can charge or knock someone over if they feel threatened or expect a handout. Human food also disrupts their natural diet and can make them sick, putting the entire herd at risk.
By keeping javelina wild and never offering snacks, we help protect both the animals and our community.

Concert Ticket Sales
It’s your last chance to save big on concert tickets and purchase a whole table season pass.
Whole table season pass sales end Sept. 28 at 11:59pm. Individual seat season pass (same seat to all 7 shows) sales start at 8am Sept 29. All times are Arizona time.

Event Tickets on Sale Now
Don’t miss out on Music Bingo, our New Year’s Eve dance, or games like The Price is Right, or the Heads or Tails Tournament. There are plenty of events to choose from, but tickets for each are limited and when they’re gone – they’re gone! If tickets are still available you can make purchases in the Activities Office starting Oct. 13.Â

Two Weeks Prior to Arrival
Before you arrive, notify the Main Office at 480-982-4811 or use this Check In Form at least a week in advance so we can open your mailbox and stop mail forwarding.
And don’t forget your furry companions! Register your pet and provide a current rabies certificate with our Pet Registration Form to keep tails wagging all season!

Keep your listing fresh so serious buyers and renters can find you. It is best to update your listing each month and monitor it regularly.
Update regularly. Review and refresh your listing at least once a month.
Know the expiration. Listings expire every 90 days. Repost before it expires to stay visible.
Back up your listing. Save your photos and listing text in a Word or text file so you can relist quickly.

Selling Your Home?
Submit a Resale Inspection request before submitting your real estate listing to our website. A completed Resale Inspection is required to post your property on the Roadhaven website. The inspection is valid for one year and can be requested quickly online, so plan ahead to avoid delays in your sale. Go to Resale Inspection Request form.

HOA Portal Engage
Roadhaven property owners should have received an email from Enumerate Engage by now. As we mentioned, ComWeb, our old HOA Portal, was acquired by Enumerate Engage.
To access the new HOA Portal, you will need to login and reset your password.
If you need help, please call Enumerate Engage at 855-373-5722 (Option 1 for Support, Option 2 for Engage). Your autopayment information should still be valid, however, it is best to log in and check your account.Â
