Two Weeks Prior to Arrival
Before you arrive, notify the Main Office at 480-982-4811 or use this Check In Form at least a week in advance so we can open your mailbox and stop mail forwarding.
And don’t forget your furry companions! Register your pet and provide a current rabies certificate with our Pet Registration Form to keep tails wagging all season!
Help your renters be prepared for their arrival.
Please submit your Owner Authorization form as soon as you’ve secured a renter and provide them with the necessary forms below. If your renter has cancelled their stay this season, notify the Main Office so records can be updated.
Forms for Renters:
Road Work Update
The crack sealing project was delayed by weather. Work will now resume on October 24 and continue until completed.
Not Sure Where It Is?
Need help getting around the resort? Updated resort maps are available online and in the Resident Directory. They include the locations of water stations, both ATMs, and emergency phone and defibrillator locations.
Trick-or-Treat Volunteers
We’re looking for volunteers to join the fun this Halloween (Oct. 31) outside the 16th Ave Gate from 4–6PM. Bring a chair, your own beverage, and candy to hand out. Candy donations are also welcome and can be dropped off at the Activities Office.
Welcome Back & Drive Safe
We know everyone is excited to be back at Roadhaven! As the resort fills up, please keep safety in mind while driving and walking through the community.
- Drive carefully: Our 10 mph speed limit protects everyone, especially walkers, cyclists, and golf cart users. Always stop fully at signs and yield at crosswalks.
- Watch for pedestrians: Many of your neighbors enjoy daily strolls. Slow down and be alert.
Â
- Walk safely too: If you’re going for a walk after dark or in low light, wear reflective clothing and consider carrying a headlamp or flashlight so drivers can see you clearly.
Here’s your sign: Please avoid hitting or running over traffic signs. They guide and protect us, and repairing them is costly.
Above are real Roadhaven signs that were knocked down by residents, not by contractors, vendors, or service vehicles.
By looking out for one another, whether behind the wheel or on foot, we help keep Roadhaven safe, friendly, and welcoming for everyone.
Pool Rules & Children
Children are welcome at the pools, but please remember that supervision is required at all times. For everyone’s safety, children should follow posted pool rules: no running, roughhousing, or unsafe play. The signs posted around the pool areas serve as helpful reminders, and we ask all residents and guests to respect them.
Badges & Wristbands
All residents must have their badges visible while at the pool. Guests are required to wear wristbands, available from the Main Office. This helps us ensure that the pools are being used by residents and their invited guests only.
Shower Before You Swim
Taking a quick shower before using the pools or spas isn’t just a suggestion, it’s an important part of keeping our water clean and safe. Learn more about why this matters in our featured article: The Importance of Showering Before Entering Pools and Spas.
By following these simple guidelines, we can make sure Roadhaven’s pools remain a safe, refreshing, and welcoming place for everyone.
HOA Portal and Roadhaven.com
HOA Portal and Roadhaven.com
We’ve received some questions about the difference between Roadhaven.com and the HOA Portal. They are two separate websites with different purposes:
HOA Portal (Enumerate Engage)
The HOA Portal is managed by Enumerate. It’s where property owners can securely access sensitive documents and pay their assessments. This site requires its own login, though you may choose to use the same email and password. For support, call 1-855-373-5722 (option 1).
Roadhaven.com
This is the community website where residents can connect and participate socially. Here you can:
- Create real estate, rental, or classified listings
- Search the Digital Directory
- Join groups and clubs forums
- Post updates, share photos, and interact with neighbors in a Facebook-style community
Roadhaven.com accounts are created when the property owner checks in. If you don’t yet have an account or need help, please contact the Main Office. If you need help creating your HOA Portal account, please let the Main Office know.
