A quick correction to last week’s newsletter, Dennis Medin was a proud winner of the punch card door prize, not the tournament.

Street Closures for Asphalt Resurfacing
Streets will be closed for asphalt resurfacing. Be sure to review the PDF linked below to see when you street will be closed.

All vehicles must be removed from the street during the closure. Vehicles left on the street during closure will be towed. The towing fee will be charged to your HOA account.

Rentals on roadhaven.com
We’ve started receiving reports in the Main Office about listings that are still posted even though they are no longer available or are out of date. When renters or buyers see listings that are not accurate, it can cause confusion and frustration.

Home owners/landlords are responsible for keeping their listings up to date. Please update your property information right away when something changes so listings show the correct availability. This helps keep the process clear and positive for everyone.

Emails or Texts from HOA Portal
At the February 24 Coffee Talk, residents shared their feedback and voiced that they did not want to receive email or text reminders through the HOA Portal (Enumerate system). This request was communicated to Enumerate following the meeting.

It has come to our attention that some residents have continued receiving notifications. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with this service provider to ensure community preferences are honored. We truly appreciate the helpful feedback shared at the meeting.

Annual General Meeting & Election Results

Pool Etiquette & Rules
Our pools have been busy, and we want everyone to enjoy a safe, relaxing dip. Please take a moment to follow the posted pool and spa rules while you’re here.

Children need to follow the age rules on the signs, and all guests should be watched closely.

Guest wristbands and resident badges must be worn at the pool so staff and security know who belongs. If the Main Office is closed, no worries, just register your guests with Security.

A quick shower before you swim goes a long way. It keeps the water cleaner, helps with long-term maintenance, and makes the pool more pleasant for everyone.

If you’d like a deeper dive into polite pool behavior, you can read about the importance of showering before entering pools or spas article, here.
