Spring Is in the Air at Roadhaven!
There’s a lot happening around the Resort this week. We’re celebrating staff milestones, gearing up for the next Working Session, and sharing details about Household Hazardous Waste Day taking place this Saturday. As the weather warms up, please remember to stay hydrated, especially if you’re out enjoying activities around the Resort.
A quick safety reminder as well. Sun glare can make it difficult to see walkers, riders, and other drivers. Please drive and walk with care while traveling through the Resort and proceed with caution to help keep everyone safe.
Election Results
A total of 869 votes were cast in this season’s election. AGM attendance was 516! (453 in person, 63 zoom).
Special Assessment
The Special Assessment passed with 762 votes, representing 89.6% approval.
CC&R Amendments
- The amendment regarding Seasonal Hours for the Rec Hall and Office passed with 653 votes, representing 79.7% approval.
- The amendment to align the Special Election schedule with the seasonal election passed with 689 votes, representing 86% approval.
- The amendment to increase the number of petition signers from 100 to 20% of the membership passed with 577 votes, representing 73.5% approval.

Board of Directors Results
Dan Boarders received 710 votes.
Sandra Magnan received 692 votes.
Jayne Tiffany received 643 votes.
We are pleased to welcome Dan Borders, who will be serving his first full elected term on the Board. We also welcome Sandra Magnan, who begins her first term as a Board member. Additionally, Jayne Tiffany has been re-elected and will begin her second term, continuing her service to the community.
