As the season comes to a close, we have a few important updates to share. Join us for the final Board Meeting of the season on March 24, stay on top of key deadlines like the printed directory updates, and take a moment to review a few simple reminders to help keep the community running smoothly. Here’s what you need to know.
Printed Directory Verification – Action Required
Before you leave for the summer, please review and confirm your information in the current 2025–2026 printed directory. This is your only opportunity to make corrections. If you do not have a directory, one can be purchased in the Main Office for $10.
If updates are needed, email Sarah Lindsay at roadhaven.crem@roadhaven.com.
All information not updated will be carried forward and printed exactly as shown for the 2026–2027 season.
Deadline: May 29, 2026 at 3PM
No changes will be accepted after this time. Thank you!

Don't be a quitter, don't leave litter
Please throw all trash in the proper bins around the resort. We are seeing trash left in flower boxes, on tables, and on the ground. Please do not leave trash in these areas.
Let’s all do our part to keep the resort clean for everyone to enjoy.
Safety Reminder
Please remember to lock your cars and homes whenever you are not using or occupying them. While we do have a gated community and a security patrol, it’s still a good idea to lock up your belongings. Taking a moment to secure your doors and vehicles helps keep your property safe and supports a safer community for everyone.
Main Office Email Update
The Main Office email system has experienced technical difficulties over the past few days due to an issue with the email provider, not Roadhaven. We appreciate your patience as response times may be delayed. If you have reached out and have not received a response, please contact the Main Office early next week.
Last Board Meeting of the Season
The last Open Board Meeting of the season will be held on Tuesday, March 24 at 10AM in the Rec Hall. Residents are welcome to attend in person or join via Zoom.
