As many of our residents begin heading out for the season, we wish you safe travels and a smooth journey. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! For those of you still at Roadhaven, the Main Office will be closing at 12PM on Tuesday, April 21 for scheduled computer software updates.

Just a reminder to provide your emergency contact information and lock box forms. With summer approaching, this information should be on file for all residents.

Directory Contact Information Reminder

Please take a moment to log into the HOA Portal and verify your contact information. If any updates are needed, email Sarah at roadhavenbod@gmail.com.

The deadline for changes is May 30.

You can review your information by signing into the HOA portal. Select resources on the left hand menu then click on Resident Directory, then Homeowners Directory, then 26-27 Homeowners Directory.

Remember, the HOA Portal and roadhaven.com are separate websites.

Asphalt Resurfacing

Streets will be closed for asphalt resurfacing. Please review the PDF linked below to confirm when your street will be affected.

All vehicles must be removed from the street during closures. Any vehicle left on the street will be towed, and the towing fee will be charged to your HOA account.

Please do not use or disturb streets that have been newly seal coated and are closed for 24 hours. This includes all traffic: automobiles, golf carts, bicycles, and pedestrians.

Barricades must not be moved or bypassed. These closures are in place to ensure safety and allow proper curing of the surface.
