The park model we are offering for rent is a 1999 Catilina,11ft. by 35ft. It is approximately 400 sq. ft. with a single bead and bath. There is a large patio area with several tables and chairs. Included is a separate utility building with a washer, dryer, laundry tub and several storage shelves for seasonal gear. There is a golf cart available at no additional charge if maintained buy the renter, but it is not part of the rental cost. If the cart would become disabled it would not change the rental cost. The park model address is 2335 S. Eno and is located very close to the dog park, wood shop, lap pool with hot tub, Restaurant, bocce ball courts, dumpsters and tennis courts in other words a very convenient location for many activities. Non shedding small female dogs are welcomed. The park model is a non smoking rental. There is a $150.00 damage deposit and a $125.00 utility cost required with the first months rent and a $125.00 utility cost each month rented. The utility bills will be reviewed and the overpayment will be returned or if the utility costs are greater than the $125.00 per month the additional charges will be taken out of the damage deposit prior to it’s return. SRP charges will be transparent to the renter.
