Fitness Center Reminder

Remember to Sign In

If using the Fitness Center during the summer months, always remember to sign in each time you use the facility.

You must be a member to use this club space. Membership applications are available inside the Fitness Center.

Please Slow Down

10 MPH

As temperatures rise, we understand the temptation to get to your destination a little faster. However, for the safety of everyone in our community, please do not exceed the resort's 10 mph speed limit.

Security has observed several resident vehicles, identified by Roadhaven windshield tags, traveling at speeds averaging 17–21 mph. While contractors and vendors are often assumed to be the cause, residents are also contributing to the issue.

Please help keep Roadhaven safe by following the posted speed limit, leading by example, and watching out for your neighbors, pedestrians, cyclists, and golf carts.

Slow down. Stay safe. Set the example.

A Better Real Estate, Rental & Classified Experience Is Coming!

We heard your feedback! We are upgrading our Real Estate, Rental, and Classified listings to make them easier to use.

System Change Date August 1, 2026

On August 1, 2026, all current listings will be removed as we switch to the new system.

If you currently have a listing, please:

Save the information from your listing to your computer or in a document.
Save all photos associated with your listing.
Be ready to create a new listing in the upgraded system after August 1.

Please note: The Main Office will not save, transfer, or create your listings for you.

Thank you for your patience as we make this improvement!

Accounting

Check Payment Reminders

When mailing a check, please write your lot number on the memo line. Also, tell us what the payment is for, such as HOA dues or a special assessment.

Including this information helps us apply your payment correctly and as quickly as possible. It also reduces the time staff must spend researching where the payment should be applied.

Special Assessment

Assessment Notice

When Roadhaven Resort issued statements for the $3,000 Special Assessment, the full $3,000 assessment was initially posted to every owner's account.

After the Accounting Department received your Special Assessment Payment Option, the original $3,000 assessment was removed from your account through an accounting adjustment.

This adjustment does not eliminate your responsibility for the Special Assessment. It simply removes the original $3,000 charge and replaces it with the payment option you selected, so your account accurately reflects your payment plan.

Your account will now show your selected payment option, providing a clear and accurate record of your Special Assessment balance.

Annual Quarterly Monthly Paid in Full

If the Accounting Department did not receive your payment option selection, your account has automatically been placed on the Quarterly Payment Plan, as approved by the Board of Directors.

If you have any questions about your account or would like to verify your payment option, please contact the Accounting Department. We are happy to assist you.
