Our offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, as we take time to honor the brave men and women who have served their countries.
To all who have worn the uniform, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your courage, dedication, and sacrifice. We are especially thankful for those within our community who have served. Your service and the sacrifices made by you and your families will never be forgotten.
A big thank-you to everyone who volunteered their time to help plant flowers around Roadhaven Resort! Your hard work and willingness to lend a hand help keep our community beautiful.

As the seasons change, cold and flu season comes along, too! We love seeing our neighbors out enjoying everything our community has to offer, but your health and well-being come first.
If you're not feeling your best, please take time to rest and recover at home. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping our friends and neighbors healthy.
Thank you for looking out for one another and helping keep our community a happy, healthy place to call home!
As you prepare for your return to Roadhaven Resort, please remember that it is the homeowner's responsibility to check their water valve and ensure it is properly turned on upon arrival.
We encourage all homeowners to inspect their water connections for potential leaks or issues when restoring water service to their property.
Thank you for helping keep your property safe and well-maintained!
If you have renters arriving this season, we kindly ask that you complete the Owner Authorization Form prior to their arrival.
Please also remind your renters to complete the Renter Registration Form before arriving.
Submitting both forms in advance helps streamline the registration process, reduces wait times in the office, and ensures a smoother check-in experience for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation!
For the safety and well-being of our residents, we encourage all homeowners to complete or update their Emergency Contact Form and Emergency Lockbox Form.
Having this information on file helps facilitate timely access to your property for emergency responders, including Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), when needed.
Your safety is our priority, and being prepared can make a difference in an emergency!
