Inside Laundry, close to all amenities, golf cart available for rent ($100 per month). First month and security deposit to reserve unit. Either party may terminate the Rental Agreement, for any reason 4 months prior to the date of occupancy.

Electricity paid up to $60, renter pays after that.
Security Deposit $300
Security Deposit refundable if unit is left same condition as when ocupied.
