The park model we are offering for rent is a 1994 Catalina, 11 by 35 ft., approximately 400 sq. ft. It has a single bed and Bath. There is a large patio area with several tables and chairs. Included is a separate utility building with a washer , dryer and shelves for seasonal gear storage. The park model address is 2327 Pecos and is located very close to the dog park, wood shop, lap pool with hot tub, Restaurant, bocce ball courts, dumpsters and tennis courts in other words a very convenient location for many activities. Non shedding small female dogs are welcomed. The park model is a non smoking rental. There is a 150.00 damage deposit and a 135.00 utility cost required with the first months rent and a 135.00 utility cost each month thereafter. The utility costs will be reviewed and if there was overpayment it will be returned to the renter within one month after departure. If the utility costs are greater it will be subtracted from the damage deposit. The renter will get copies of the SRP invoices for power.
