Rule Change - Hitches

All hitches extending beyond the bumper shall be removed immediately when not in use. Handicap ramps / lifts in the closed position are exempt.

VIOLATION PENALTY: CAT1, SEVERE OFFENSES, COMPLY IMMEDIATELY
