Resident Newsletter - Jan. 16, 2026

Roadie here with a quick flyover of what’s happening around the resort.
From important updates on the proposed special assessment and outreach to off-site owners, to reminders about guest wristbands and registration, there’s a lot of helpful info packed into this issue to keep everyone on the same page.

You’ll also find details on the upcoming Board meeting, the Candidates Forum, to learn more about those who are running for the Board, plus a call for volunteers to help out on the golf course. And before your next guests arrive, don’t miss a few timely reminders from the Main Office to make check-ins smooth and stress-free.

Take a few minutes to read through, click the links you need, and stay in the loop.

We’re thrilled to welcome so many new and returning renters to Roadhaven, so please be sure to complete your Owner Rental Authorization form before they arrive. If you have an Additional Resident who no longer lives with you, shoot a note to the Main Office at office@roadhaven.com so records stay up to date. And if your email address or phone number has changed, just complete the Information Change Request form to keep everything current.

Special Assessment Outreach Notice
To ensure all property owners have access to the same information, members of the Finance Committee, and other community volunteers, are reaching out to property owners that have rentals in Roadhaven and those who may not be in the resort during the season. The purpose of this outreach is simply to inform off-site owners about the proposed special assessment and direct them to the available resources. Contact is not to influence anyone’s vote, but to ensure that everyone is aware of the issue and that they have what they need to make an informed decision.

Please visit the Election page for available resources.

Golf Guests

Roadie here with a friendly heads-up from the fairway. If you’ve got a day visitor joining you for a round of golf, just swing by the Golf Shop to pick up a temporary orange wristband before you tee off. Keeps things smooth for everyone and lets you get right to enjoying the game.

All other visitors or overnight guests need to register at the Main office and pick up a blue wristband to enjoy the common areas of the resort. Use this guest registration form prior to their visit. If visitors or guests arrive after office hours, temporary orange wristbands are available from Security.

Changes to Community Donation Services

For many years, Roadhaven Resort partnered with Sunshine Acres to make donating easy with community-wide pick-up services.

With Sunshine Acres now under new ownership, on-site donation pick-up has flown the coop. Going forward, donations will need to be delivered directly to local donation centers. You can also call Sunshine Acres at (480) 981-4114 to ask about individual pick up.

Thanks for continuing to spread a little kindness around the community.

Stay informed and join the Board for the following:
