Please let your friends and neighbors know that we have a Gate Closure Notice – Monday, April 13. The Idaho gate will be closed for entry and exit for 24 hours, due to seal coating work on Chippewa. Residents must use the Broadway gate or the 16th Ave gate for all access during this time.
All deliveries and visitors must enter through the Broadway gate, where two staff members will be on-site to assist and monitor access.
Special Assessment statement
The Special Assessment statement will be mailed via the United States Postal Service. If you have already left Roadhaven and did not check out, please notify the Main Office using this online Check-Out Form.

Coffee and Donuts
Coffee Talk will be taking a short break for the rest of April as Management and Volunteers get some well-deserved time off.
But don’t worry, summer Coffee and Donuts will be back starting Tuesday, May 5, hosted weekly by the summer volunteer crew. Join us at 8AM (AZ Time). Zoom link available closer to the date.

If you’ve forgotten to check out using this online form, please contact the Main Office at 480-982-4811. This helps ensure residents receiving paper statements or notices have their mail sent to the correct summer address.
Asphalt Resurfacing
Big improvements are on the way! Our streets will be getting a fresh new layer of asphalt, which means smoother rides ahead for everyone.
To help things go smoothly:
- Take a moment to review the PDF below so you know exactly when your street will be closed.
- Please be sure to move your vehicle off the street during your scheduled closure time.
If a vehicle is left on the street, it will need to be towed so the work can be completed safely and on schedule, and the towing fee will be applied to the HOA account.
