MARKETING FOR RESIDENT CLUBS

Working with the Roadhaven Resort Marketing Department can boost your club’s funds and event attendance! We help clubs secure sponsorships from vendors and promote club events.

As a Club Rep, you have the opportunity to work with the Roadhaven Marketing Department to find vendors who want to support your events and promote their businesses at Roadhaven Resort. If you have previously collaborated with a vendor or intend to collaborate with one for upcoming events, it’s important to adhere to Roadhaven’s Vendor Policy. This policy mandates that all vendors work directly with Clubs through the Marketing Department.

If you’re a Club Representative organizing sponsored events, kindly ensure that you provide the vendor information to us before finalizing any agreements for sponsorship or advertisements. This helps streamline communication and ensures that all arrangements comply with our policies and standards. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

All vendors must coordinate sponsorship through the Marketing Department for any event at Roadhaven. Contractors are also required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

LIVE MUSIC ON THE PATIO

Live Music on the Patio occurs during select Wednesday afternoons (Active Season). This event draws significant attendance, offering one vendor (2 reps) the opportunity to engage with residents in a vibrant setting. You can introduce the musical act and showcase your services or products. We’ll provide a table setup; you bring a vendor tent, swag, and can even sell products with your P.O.S. (approval required beforehand).

IN-NAME ONLY SPONSORSHIPS

Typically no vendor attendance. Logo on all ads, banners, website and newsletter.
GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER (MAR 2025)

ROOM RENTALS – SEMINARS

Room Rentals are great for business and medical professionals who enjoy hosting lunch or dinner events, Doc Talks, or other types of demonstrations without distractions. Dates are limited and vendors are required to set up before and clean after within the allotted time. Includes: Your flyer and website or email linked in our weekly newsletter and on our website. Your flyer and sign up sheet are also displayed in the Activities Office.
