Roadhaven has been busy this week as we’ve been welcoming our residents for another exciting season!
Arriving After Hours
If you are arriving after the Idaho gate closes, be sure to call Security at 480-570-4811 to let them know of your arrival or dial 0000 on the Idaho gate keypad.
Gate Fob
For your convenience, if you will have your gate fob with you when you arrive, please call the Main Office at 480-982-4811 to activate your gate fob prior to your arrival so you can easily access the Broadway or 16th Street gates.
Online Check-in
To ease your check-in process, you may complete this form prior to your return and we will activate your gate fob and open your mailbox.
Renting your Property
Help your renters be prepared for their arrival. Be sure to submit your Owner Authorization form as soon as you’ve secured your renter and provide them with the Renter Registration form, Renter Rules & Regs, or Pet Registration
FREE Printed Directory
The 2024-2025 Resident Directory will be available on Monday, Oct. 07 in the Main Office. We were originally going to charge residents $5 for the Directory but thanks to all of our advertisers and Marketing Director, Bear, who sold enough print advertising to cover the cost, the printed Resident Directory will be FREE to residents this season.

Before you head out – please verify that the mailroom has an adequate supply of mail forwarding labels. You can easily request additional labels through our online form to help ensure uninterrupted mail delivery.Â

DON’T DELAY THE HOME SALE PROCESS
Selling your home? The first step is submitting a required Resale Inspection Request. The inspection is valid for one year. If you have had one in the past that is more than 12 months old, you will need to request a new one. Please use Resale Inspection Request Form.
