Unit for rent by owner, available October 1 St. 2025 through February 28 Th. 2026. ( Four Month Minimum)

The park model we are offering for rent is a 1999 Catalina 11 by 35 ft. It is approximately 400 sq. ft. with a single bedroom and bath. There is a large patio area with several tables and chairs. Included is a separate utility building with a washer , dryer, wash tub and several shelves for seasonal gear. There is a golf cast available which can be used at no additional cost, if maintained by the renter, but is not part of the rental cost. If the cart would become disabled it would not change the rental cost. Tha park model address is 2335 S. Eno and is located very close to the dog park, wood shop, lap pool, hot tub, restaurant, bocce ball courts, dumpsters and tennis courts. In other words a very convenient location for many activities. Non shedding small female are welcomed. The park model is a non smoking rental. There is a $150.00 damage deposit and a $100.00 utility cost required with the first months rent, and a $100.00 utility cost required each month thereafter. The utility bills will be reviewed and the over payment will be returned after the stay or if the utility costs are greater it will be deducted from the $150.00 damage deposit prior to it's return.
