Park Model for Rent

For Rent - Oct. Nov. Dec. 2025, Jan. Feb. Mar. 2026. This park model is approximately 400 sq ft. with a single bedroom and a single bath. It is fully furnished and has a pull-out sofa, microwave, and TV. We have a large patio area with tables and chairs, a BBQ, sun shades, and bicycles for you to use.
There is also a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, sets of golf clubs and push carts for your use, and a desk area.
This unit is within 100 steps of the main pools. Also, very close to most of the wonderful amenities the Park has to offer.
Our rental is a Non-smoking and No-pet home.
Electricity is included up to $90.00, renter pays for overage. First month and security deposit, reserve this unit for you. The rental agreement can be canceled up to 4 months prior to occupancy. Security deposit is $300.00 and is refundable if, the unit is left in the same condition as when occupied.
