RESIDENT NEWSLETTER
PUBLISHED ON FRI. OCTOBER 24, 2025
As residents return for the season, management is focusing on safety, maintenance, and preparation. Please take a moment to review this week’s updates, including reminders about badges and guest wristbands, contractor evaluations, and upcoming utility work from SRP.
Happening Around the Resort
Contractors in Common Areas
You may notice contractors around the resort measuring windows, reviewing ground markings, or inspecting buildings. These visits are for evaluation only, no work is currently scheduled.
Management is gathering updated estimates for deferred maintenance projects listed in the reserve study that have exceeded their recommended timelines. This process helps ensure accurate planning and budgeting for upcoming maintenance needs.
Palm Tree Touch-Up
Tree trimmers will be on site Wednesday, October 29 for a brief palm tree touch-up. They will only trim the trees already on their scheduled list, residents cannot request additional trimming at this time.
This work is being done as a courtesy by the contractor and comes at no additional cost to the Roadhaven HOA.
Why Wearing Your Photo Badge Matters
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, all residents are required to wear their photo badges whenever they’re outside their homes or anywhere on Roadhaven grounds. Your badge helps security, staff, and fellow residents easily recognize who belongs on site, and it’s an important tool in keeping our community secure.
In the event of an emergency, your badge also helps first responders quickly identify you..
Your guests must also be identified while on property. Guest wristbands are required and can be picked up at the Main Office during business hours or from Security when the office is closed.
Thank you for helping keep Roadhaven safe and welcoming for everyone.
SRP Cable Replacement Notice
Some residents have received a letter from Salt River Project (SRP) regarding upcoming electrical work. After confirming with our SRP commercial representative, we’ve learned that this notice refers to cable replacement of old and damaged electrical lines within the area.
Residents will receive another letter from SRP a few weeks before any work begins.
If you have questions, you can call 602-236-0454 or visit srpnet.com/underground, the page includes a helpful FAQ section at the bottom.
That’s all for now!
