There’s a lot happening around the community this week! From upcoming Board meetings and exciting projects to helpful reminders and a few fun surprises (yes, even a diver in the golf course lake!). Stay informed, get involved, and see how we’re keeping our community safe, active, and connected this season.

Phase I Large Pool Update
Please use the north or west side of the pool for entry and exit. The east side railing is taped off for warranty repair, please do not touch the tape. The warranty patchwork will be completed on Friday, November 21. Thank you for your cooperation as we keep the pool in great shape for everyone!

Something Fishy at Lake #4!
Keep an eye out this Saturday, November 15,  there will be a diver down in Lake #4! They’ll be hard at work under the surface, so please stay alert and give them plenty of space. Stay aware at that hole and let’s keep the diver safe while the lake gets a little TLC!

Calling All Green Thumbs! –Roadhaven is looking for at least 10 volunteers to help with planting flowers around the resort. If you’re able to lend a hand, please email Sarah at roadhavencrem@roadhaven.com so we can get a headcount. Meet in the courtyard on Tuesday, November 18 at 9 AM. Please bring your gardening tools and gloves. The more helping hands, the brighter Roadhaven will bloom!

Roll-Off Reminder – No Oil Allowed

Please do not dump any oils, especially motor oil, in the roll-off dumpster. Follow the posted rules and avoid overfilling the container. Keeping our dumpsters clean and safe helps everyone.

Rec Hall South Wall Repairs

Over the summer, we noticed the lower part of the Rec Hall’s south wall looked like it was “melting,” and cracks began forming near the west side planters. In September a structural engineer and masonry contractor found that water damage had weakened the wall over time.

The repair plan has been approved by the City of Apache Junction, and work is scheduled to start Monday, November 17, depending on equipment availability.

For everyone’s safety, please try to avoid the area while work is underway. This will be a fairly lengthy project, but we’ll keep you updated as it progresses.

During these ongoing repairs of the Rec Hall’s south wall, a small portion of Blackfoot road will be temporarily blocked. When the road is closed, please use the alternate routes.

For everyone’s safety, please avoid the area while repairs are underway.
