Lockbox - Protect Your Home

Emergencies can happen anytime; when they do, you want to ensure your home and belongings are safe. One way to do that is to use a lockbox to store your spare keys. A lockbox is a small metal box that can be attached to a door knob, a fence, or a wall. The lockbox has a combination lock that only you and the people you trust know. Inside the box, you can keep one or more keys to your home, car, or safe.

Why use a lockbox? Here are some benefits:

Help us help you in case of an emergency

If you are away from home and there is a fire, a gas leak, a medical emergency, or a break-in, you want the first responders to be able to access your home quickly and safely. A lockbox allows them to do that without breaking your door or smashing your windows.

Allow first responders to gain faster access to and limit damage to your home by purchasing a lockbox.

A lockbox can save you time and money in an emergency.

It can also prevent further damage to your property and reduce the risk of injury to the responders or yourself

Lockboxes are easy to use and affordable.

You can buy a lockbox from Home Depot or Amazon, among other places. They come in different sizes, shapes, and colors. You can choose one that suits your needs and preferences.

Once you set it up, you need to fill out this form https://form.jotform.com/231287371818159 This form authorizes Roadhaven to store your code digitally and share it with Superstition Fire and Medical, Apache Junction Police Department and/or Roadhaven Security in case of emergency.

A BIG Happy Birthday to our GM, Steve Byfield! We all wish you a wonderful weekend and blessed year, Steve.

Remember, it is required that you and your guests wear your name badge or wristbands at all times while on the property and outside of your homes. This allows security, staff, and other residents to recognize that you are permitted to be here, to enjoy amenities, and it also assists in identification during emergencies. Thank you for helping us maintain the security of Roadhaven.
