Well hey there, Roadhaven! Your favorite desert bird is back with a few friendly reminders and a whole lot happening around the Resort.
We’re wrapping up the season with some important updates, a few last calls, and a chance to come together as a community. From street resurfacing and summer passes to celebrations and clean-ups, there’s a little bit of everything in this week’s lineup.
Take a few minutes to look things over so you don’t miss out or get caught off guard. Roadie’s got you covered.
Asphalt Resurfacing
Big improvements are on the way! Our streets will be getting a fresh new layer of asphalt, which means smoother rides ahead for everyone.
To help things go smoothly:
- Take a moment to review the PDF below so you know exactly when your street will be closed.
- Please be sure to move your vehicle off the street during your scheduled closure time.
If a vehicle is left on the street, it will need to be towed so the work can be completed safely and on schedule, and the towing fee will be applied to the HOA account.
Thanks for helping keep everything running safely and efficiently.

Celebrating Rob, Ken, and Deb’s Years of Service
The time has come to celebrate three familiar faces as they head into a well-earned new chapter.
Please join us in the Rec Hall on Thurs., April 2 from 2:30–4:30 PM as we honor, thank, and wish Rob, Ken, and Deb all the best in their retirement. Their dedication has meant a great deal to this community, and this is a chance to show our appreciation and send them off in style.
Limited pizza and water will be available.
Come by, share a kind word, and help give them the warm send-off they deserve.

Summer Golf Passes
Summer is just around the corner, and that means it’s almost time for summer passes!
Summer passes go on sale April 1 and can be purchased at the Golf Shop or the Main Office for $50. Passes are valid beginning May 1 and will run through the start of seeding, typically in September.
The Golf Shop’s final day of operation for the season will be April 10, so be sure to stop in before then if needed.
Looking ahead, we are also hiring for next season. If you are interested, please visit the Main Office to learn more. See you out on the course soon.
Last Call for Lost and Found
Before these items fly away for good, take a moment to check the Lost and Found bins for anything you may be missing.
All bins will be removed on April 1, and any remaining items will be donated. Bins can be found in the following areas:
- Rec Hall
- Phase I and Phase II Pools
- Fitness Center
- Bocce, Tennis, and Shuffleboard courts
