Special Assessment Payment Reminder
The Main Office has noticed that some residents are still submitting Special Assessment payments through the HOA Portal. To help ensure payments are applied correctly and account balances are updated promptly, please do not submit Special Assessment payments through the HOA Portal.
Using the portal for these payments can create delays in processing account updates and balance adjustments.
Special Assessment payments should be made by:
- Visiting the Main Office
- Mailing a check

Exciting Changes Are Coming to Real Estate, Rentals & Classifieds
We've heard your feedback, and we're excited to announce that improvements are on the way for Roadhaven's Real Estate, Rental, and Classified listings.
To make room for a new and improved platform, all current listings will be removed as part of the transition on August 1, 2026.
The upgraded system will provide a refreshed experience designed to better serve our community and make it easier to manage and browse listings.
Please note that the function to post Real Estate, Rentals, and Classifieds will be temporarily unavailable as the new system is added, programmed, and tested.
If you currently have a Real Estate, Rental, or Classified listing posted, please be prepared to recreate your listing once the new platform launches.
We appreciate your patience during this transition and look forward to bringing you a better experience. More details and instructions will be provided as the launch date approaches.
Community Reminders & Updates
Updated CCRs, Rules & Regulations Available
A friendly reminder that updated CCRs, Rules, and Regulations for both homeowners and renters are now available for review.
Residents can access the updated documents on the Board Page and through the HOA Portal. Taking a few minutes to review these materials can help everyone stay informed and ensure our community continues to be a great place to live, visit, and enjoy.
If you haven't had an opportunity to review the updates yet, now is a great time to take a look and familiarize yourself with the current guidelines.
Age Verification Compliance
As a reminder, Roadhaven is a community for persons aged 55 and older. To maintain compliance with state and federal 55+ housing regulations, an annual review of homeowner records is conducted to ensure the required age-verification documentation is on file.
Heather in the Main Office is currently reviewing lot owner records as part of this year's compliance audit. If additional information is needed, you may receive an email from Heather containing instructions and a convenient link to complete the required form online.
We appreciate your prompt attention, cooperation, and understanding as we work together to keep Roadhaven in compliance with these important regulations and preserve the benefits of our 55+ community.
A Quick Reminder About Sweeping Debris
Help keep Roadhaven looking its best by properly disposing of debris from patios and driveways.
Please do not sweep leaves, dirt, or other debris into the street with the expectation that the street sweepers will collect it. Doing so creates additional work for the maintenance team and takes valuable time away from other important projects throughout the community.
A little extra effort goes a long way. By sweeping up and disposing of debris yourself, you're helping keep our streets cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for being a good neighbor and helping keep Roadhaven beautiful!
