Thanksgiving Hours
Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Roadhaven offices will close at 12PM on November 26 and will remain closed on November 27 and 28 for the holiday. Regular hours will resume the following week. Please plan ahead if you need assistance from the Mailroom or Admin Office. We wish everyone a warm and enjoyable holiday.
Guest Registration
The holiday season is a busy time in the Resort as friends and family come to visit. All guests are required to be registered. Completing the Guest Registration Form helps our staff verify who should be on site and ensure a smooth check-in process at the gate. If you are expecting visitors, please take a moment to submit the form before they arrive so there are no delays at security.
Weekend Visitors and Arrivals
Weekend arrivals are common this time of year. Whether you are a resident returning on a weekend or you have friends and family coming to stay, weekend wristbands are mandatory.Â
Security provides orange wristbands at the gate during weekend hours. These wristbands are valid through the weekend only and help our team quickly identify authorized guests. Please help keep Roadhaven safe by following the weekend arrival procedures and ensuring all visitors wear the required wristband.
Broadway Gate - Closed
Broadway Entrance Gate is CLOSED due to the rain. Please use Idaho or 16th Ave gates.
Therapy Pool - Open
The indoor therapy spa is open and ready for use. Please enjoy it and remember to follow the posted guidelines so everyone can relax safely.
Parking
For safety, please park along the side of the street when loading or unloading your vehicle. Make sure you are not blocking access for emergency vehicles or other traffic.
We Care Group
We Care is a resident-led, resident-operated program that offers short-term assistance and support to those who need it. Please see the Activities Office for form, located in racks.

Phase I Pool Railing Repairs
Weather delays have pushed back the pool railing repairs. Work is now expected to be completed by November 27.
Pool Gates Reminder
Please do not prop open any pool gates. Doing so damages the hinges and shortens the lifespan of the gate hardware. Thank you for helping us keep the facilities safe and in good working order.
Palm Tree Trimmers
Palm tree trimmer will return on December 01 to complete the remaining trimming. They are working from an established list and will move through the community as scheduled. For safety and efficiency, please do not approach or interrupt the crew while they are working.
Road Closure
A small portion of Blackfoot Road will be temporarily closed while repairs are made at the south end of the Rec Hall. When the road is blocked, please follow the alternate routes provided. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you avoid the area until the work is complete.
Emergency Preparedness Ad Hoc Group
Roadhaven is forming an Emergency Preparedness Ad Hoc Group, and we are seeking residents with experience in first response, medical care, public safety, or anyone who has an interest in helping develop plans for unexpected or urgent situations.
Your knowledge and support can make a meaningful difference to the community.

Board Open Office Hours
Mark your calendars. Board Office Hours return in January. These sessions are held twice a month, from 8 to 10AM, in the Boardroom.
• 1st Wednesday of the month: Drop-in hours
• 3rd Wednesday of the month: Appointment only. The deadline to schedule is the Monday prior. If no appointments are scheduled, the appointment-only session will be cancelled.
Residents will be able to schedule their appointments closer to the return of open office hours.
