It comes with a golf cart (a free courtesy, but not part of the rental agreement). It features outside patio furniture designed to meet all your entertaining needs. Inside, you will find a clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained unit with a water dispenser, two recliners, a TV, a queen-size bed, and an Air Conditioner. No Pets, No Smoking.
The unit is $2,000.00 per month.
Electricity, Cable TV, and internet are not included. Seven locations within Roadhaven offer free internet access.
Reservations require a signed rental agreement and a $900.00 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled. Once the lease is initiated, the deposit will be refundable, minus any applicable damage/cleaning costs.
