This is a very clean one-bedroom, one-bath park model that is fully furnished. It has a full-sized washer/dryer in the shed. It comes with free wi-fi and about 60 over air t.v. chanels. The unit also comes with the use of a golf cart ( a free courtesy but not part of the rental agreement). It features a fabulous fully furnished raised patio with a bar fridge on the patio for entertaining at "Happy Hour". Also has a lower level table and chairs for larger groups. Inside is a very clean well stocked park model for everything you will need for your winter getaway.
No Pets and No smoking on or in the premises.
Electricity is not included.
Preference given for a two month rental.
$200.00 non refundable cleaning deposit.
There will be a $1000.00 damage deposit that will be returned in full if the unit is returned in the same condition as when the lease started.
Payment in full will be required to iniate lease agreement. There will be a $250.00 fee if cancellation happens before 90 days of your stay. There is no refund if cancellation happens within 90 days of your stay. If this does happen, we will try to lease the property again and if it does rent with a qualified tenant, we will then refund any amount that is covered by the then current tenant.
