Roadie here with a heads-up on what’s happening around the Resort. HOA voting opens soon, committees are looking for a few good volunteers, and there are important reminders from the Main Office. Take a few minutes to read through so you don’t miss anything that affects you and your neighbors.
This is a friendly reminder to please check your physical mailbox for important HOA correspondence. A recent mailing included information about the upcoming HOA Annual Board Meeting. Even if you don’t regularly check your mailbox, please take a moment to do so.

HOA Elections
Voting Opens Fri. Jan 30, 8AM. Watch for your ballots in the mail or vote electronically. Mail back in a timely manner.
Paper ballots and supporting documentation are double-sided, please read the front and the back!
Voting closes Mon. Mar 9 at 3PM AZ time. No late ballots accepted.

Golf Course Closed
Roadie’s giving golfers a heads-up. The course will close at 2PM on Friday, 01/30, for fertilization and will reopen on Saturday, 01/31. Thanks for your understanding while we keep the greens in great shape - and if you've ever smelled the stuff, you'll be happy the closed it during this time.Â

Privacy Screens
Owners may install a temporary, removable privacy screen on the property, not to exceed six feet (6′) in height.
- Â Â Â Privacy Screens are not allowed to be placed in Setbacks or Public Utility Easements
- The privacy screen must be securely anchored for safety. Acceptable anchoring methods include weights, footers or blocks.
- Privacy screens may not be screwed, bolted, or otherwise mechanically attached to the ground, buildings, walls, or any existing structures.
- Screens must be constructed of wood, vinyl, or framed screen material and must be made of a consistent material. Screens must be maintained in good condition.
- Privacy screens may be used only to create a private area and may not be used to conceal stored items.
- All privacy screens must be removed by May 31st at the end of the season, or if the resident will be away from the property for two (2) weeks or more.
- All privacy screens must have approval from the Architectural Department.
