Community-Wide Patio Sales – Saturday, March 7

Participant sign-up deadline: Thursday, March 5
Participant list available: Friday, March 6 at 2PM.
Lists may be picked up at the Activities Office, Front Office, or Front Gate.
Please Note: Small unsold items may be donated. Please box or bag leftover items and bring them to the Maintenance Compound/Apache Building beginning at 11AM.
Furniture and large items are not permitted. Please make your own arrangements for disposal of those items.
Roadhaven Resort Scholarships
Roadhaven Resort has provided scholarships to area high school seniors since 1992. February 27 to March 15 the scholarship committee will be taking donations to fund this scholarship which directly goes to the Sunshine Acres College Fund. These donations will assist high school seniors who live at Sunshine Acres in attending college, tech schools and trade schools so they can further their education.
Sunday, March 8 is Scholarship Sunday at the Roadhaven Church at 9 am. In the Rec Hall. There will be speakers from Sunshine Acres who have been blessed by scholarships currently and in the past. Everyone is welcome to attend.
You do not need to attend Roadhaven Church to donate. If you would like to give, please write a check to Roadhaven Church with “scholarship fund” in the memo. It can be placed in the in-park mailbox with Roadhaven church on the envelope. All are welcome to the Scholarship Sunday service where the collection will go to the Scholarship fund for Sunshine Acres. We appreciate your consideration in donating to this worthy cause to help teenagers reach their goals and dreams for their future.

Barleen’s Dinner Theater
Rockin’ Through the Years – Final Seats Available
Only four seats remain for Barleen’s Dinner Theater’s “Rockin’ Through the Years” on Thursday, March 19. Tickets are $52 per person and available in the Activities Office.
Sales close Thursday, March 5 or when the remaining seats are sold.
Feed My Starving Children Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteers are invited to participate in a service opportunity with Feed My Starving Children. Participants will help pack specially formulated, nutritious meals for children in developing countries. These meals are designed to address severe malnutrition and provide critical nourishment to those in urgent need. The event takes place in Tempe, Arizona, and carpooling will be available.
