Resident Newsletter - Jan. 02, 2026
Happy New Year, neighbors! Roadie here, just popping in to help you stay in the loop and ahead of the flock. There’s a lot of important information flying around right now, especially when it comes to our upcoming election and the proposed Special Assessment. We encourage you to take a moment to review the details below so you can feel informed, confident, and ready to spread your wings at the Town Hall meeting.
Feeling Under the Weather?
If you are not feeling well or are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please avoid visiting the Main Office and common areas until you are feeling better. Several illnesses are circulating, and symptoms may last up to two weeks. Taking this precaution helps protect your neighbors and our staff. Thank you for doing your part to keep everyone safe and healthy.
HOA Payment Drop Box Reminder
Due to a high volume of resident and renter check-ins, the Main Office will be extremely busy through January 06. Residents are encouraged to submit HOA payments using the night drop located on the south side of the Administration Building or the in-park mailbox during this time. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
Boardroom Office Hours
Boardroom office hours will begin on January 07. On the first Wednesday of each month, the Boardroom will be open for walk-ins from 8 to 10AM. On the third Wednesday of each month, office hours will be by appointment only from 8 to 10AM. To schedule an appointment, please email board@roadhaven.com.

Residents are encouraged to attend the upcoming Town Hall Meeting to learn more about the proposed Special Assessment and ask questions in an open, informational setting. This meeting is designed to help residents better understand the purpose, scope, and background of the proposal.
