Resident Newsletter - Apr. 03, 2026
Happy Friday, Roadhaven
As the season draws to a close and temperatures rise, we’d like to lead with two very important reminders, stay hydrated and please remember to check out. If you are leaving for the summer, please use the online check out form and if you have already left and did not check, please use the online form or call the Main Office at 480-982-4811.
For those of you leaving soon, safe travels, we look forward to seeing you again in the fall. To our residents who celebrate, we wish you a peaceful Good Friday and a joyful Easter Sunday. Below are a few important reminders worth checking out.
Before we get into it, if you’re ordering something or getting a ride share, be sure to include your lot number for the driver. This also helps them if they need directions at security.
Asphalt Resurfacing
Big improvements are on the way! Our streets will be getting a fresh new layer of asphalt, which means smoother rides ahead for everyone.
To help things go smoothly:
- Take a moment to review the PDF below so you know exactly when your street will be closed.
- Please be sure to move your vehicle off the street during your scheduled closure time.
If a vehicle is left on the street, it will need to be towed so the work can be completed safely and on schedule, and the towing fee will be applied to the HOA account.
Thanks for helping keep everything running safely and efficiently.

Children in Pool Areas
For everyone’s safety, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in all pool areas, including pools, spas, and the therapy pool (Phase I and Phase II). No exceptions.

Thank You, Rob, Ken, and Deb
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Rob, Ken, and Deb as they begin their well-earned retirement. It was great to see so many familiar faces sharing kind words, memories, and well wishes.
Rob, Ken, and Deb, your dedication and contributions have meant a great deal to this community. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done over the years.
Wishing each of you a happy, relaxing, and well-deserved retirement.
Employee of the Month
No bunny does it better than Slade Ray—our egg-cellent Employee of the Month!
Slade is always hopping in to help, whether it’s checking if anyone needs a hand or tackling our ongoing pigeon mitigation efforts with nesting deterrents.
A true jack-of-all-trades, Slade cracks every task with a great attitude and zero hesitation. He responds to work orders faster than you can say “Easter basket,” follows up when needed, and makes sure every job is done just right—no yolk about it.
He goes above and beyond, communicates well with everyone, and brings a friendly, outgoing energy that makes the workplace brighter than a spring morning.
We’re hoppy to have you on the team, Slade—thanks for always going the extra mile and keeping things running smoothly!
Coffee Talk of the Season + Summer Coffee and Donuts
The last seasonal Coffee and Donuts is Tues., Apr 07 sponsored by Semper Fi Heating and Cooling and the Neptune Society.
Starting May 5 the Summer coffee and donuts hosted by generous year round resident volunteers will start in the Rec Hall 7-8A as social hour, 8-8:30 for morning management announcements. If you can’t make it, Summer Coffee and Donuts will be on Zoom. Mark your calendar for your weekly fill to stay up to date with resort happenings.
Name Badges and Guest Wristbands
Name badges and guest wristbands are required anytime you or your guests are outside your home and in Roadhaven common areas. This helps security and fellow residents easily recognize who belongs in the community and allows for quicker identification in case of an emergency.
Guest wristbands are available at the Main Office, or at the security gate when the office is closed.
Emergency Contact Form
Speaking of emergencies, if you haven’t already, please make sure your Emergency Contact Form is completed and up to date. This helps us reach the right person quickly if needed.
Update Directory Info
Before you leave to head to your summer homes, please take a moment to verify your information in the 2025-2026 printed directory for next season’s directory. Report changes to roadhaven.crem@roadhaven.com by May 29, 2026 at 3PM.
