LIVE HORSE RACING - 2 Reps suggested per vendor.

1 of 5 HORSE SPONSOR - Residents dress in costume and compete in live “horse” races. Be an active participant as you call the horses to the post and run the races. You will help decide the winners of the 2023 Roadhaven Live Horse Racing Event!
2-3 minute speaking opportunity at the event.

Fri., Mar. 01, 2024. 11 AM - 2 PM. Vendor Check-In: 10 AM.

Residents play sponsored-run games to win raffle tickets in exchange for vendor’s door prizes. Winners will receive two (2) raffle tickets while non-winners will receive a consolation prize* for playing the game

Games will be pre-set and ready for action on the day of the event. Sponsors will be given one (1) additional table to display their marketing materials, prizes, or swag. Sponsors are welcome to bring an additional table for their needs with advance notice.

All Raffle tickets will be provided to sponsors by Roadhaven

Vendors must provide $25 in door prizes and $25 in consultation prizes.

Prize ideas: Can be vendor’s own swag, merch/branded items (pens, koozies, chip clips, etc.), miniature candy bars, or assorted fun treats such as small individual snack bags of chips, cookies, fruit snacks, or nuts.

Tuesday mornings, Roadhaven residents gather for Coffee and Donuts.
Up to 2 separate vendors join residents to share, demonstrate, and connect.

Each vendor may present for up to 15 minutes, though many only speak for 3-5 minutes.
Vendor speaking time begins at 8 AM. Vendors are asked to be on campus by 7:45 AM.

Vendors may bring swag, door prizes, coupons, and informative brochures.

Roadhaven Resort’s Coffee and Donuts program runs from the first week of November 2023 through the end of March 2024.

Hundreds of residents enjoy Live Music on the Patio on select Wednesday afternoons.

Music on the Patio is a two-hour event that includes a 50/50 Raffle, dancing, and live music, making for a joyful B.Y.O.B. afternoon concert series on the Courtyard patio.

One (1) vendor (per date) may choose to attend, set up their vendor tent, and interact with residents while handing out swag, door prizes, samples or sell items.

Additionally, vendors may introduce the musical act, have the opportunity to introduce themselves, and give a general description of their services or product (3 min max). Vendors may also announce the 50/50 Raffle winner (advance notice is required). Roadhaven Resort’s Live Music on the Patio program runs from the first week of November 2023 through the end of March 2024.

VINYL BANNER QUALIFICATIONS

No bigger than 3 ft. x 5 ft. Vinyl banners must be hemmed with metal grommets in each corner. No Rips, Tears, and all banner designs must be pre-approved. Send your banner design to roadhavenmarketing@gmail.com before printing.
