END OF SEASON STREET PARTY - 2 Reps suggested per vendor.

This bundle does not include parades, dessert socials, coffee and donuts, music on the patio, or any other events that are not listed above.

Residents play sponsored-run games to win raffle tickets in exchange for vendor’s door prizes. Winners will receive two (2) raffle tickets while non-winners will receive a consolation prize* for playing the game

Games will be pre-set and ready for action on the day of the event. Sponsors will be given one (1) additional table to display their marketing materials, prizes, or swag. Sponsors are welcome to bring an additional table for their needs with advance notice.

All Raffle tickets will be provided to sponsors by Roadhaven

Vendors must provide $25 in door prizes and $25 in consultation prizes.

Prize ideas: Can be vendor’s own swag, merch/branded items (pens, koozies, chip clips, etc.), miniature candy bars, or assorted fun treats such as small individual snack bags of chips, cookies, fruit snacks, or nuts.
