HAPPY FRIDAY, ROADHAVEN

September is a busy month at the Resort. From tree trimming and wall repairs to street work, overseeding, and the launch of our new HOA Portal, there’s a lot happening around the community. Here’s what you need to know to stay up to date.

Palm Tree Touch-Up
Tree trimmers will be on site Sept. 02 and 03. They will only trim palm trees already on their list. Residents cannot ask for their trees to be touched up. 

Perimeter Wall Repairs
On Sept. 02, work begins on the back wall of Cherokee (the one that was driven through). Repairs should take about 2 weeks. A large (10yrd) dumpster will be on site for the workers’ use only. Please do not place trash in this dumpster, it is only for the contractors working on the job.

HOA Portal Updates
Next week, there will be a new HOA Portal: Enumerate Engage. ComWeb, our old system, was acquired by Enumerate. All homeowners will receive a welcome email from Enumerate with instructions on setting up your account. This email is safe to open. If you need help, call Enumerate Engage at 855-373-5722 (Option 1 for Support, Option 2 for Engage).

Street Maintenance
Street crack sealing will take place Sept. 16 – 19. Striping will follow starting Sept. 22. Please follow all detour signs.

Summer Coffee & Donuts
The last summer Coffee & Donuts will be held on September 30. Seasonal Coffee & Donuts will return this fall on a biweekly schedule. Watch for more updates.

Upcoming Closures

  • Golf Course: Closed for overseeding Sept. 11 – Nov. 02, 2025. Reopens Nov. 03.
  • Dog Park for small dogs: Closed for overseeding Sept. 11 – 21, 2025. Reopens Sept. 22.

2025-2026 Golf Rule Changes
Visiting Children and Guest Golfers

  • A resident must accompany children under 18 years of age on the golf course, and the adult must be part of the playing (golfing) group, including the putting green and practice area at #2.
  •  No children under 6 years of age are allowed on the golf course

In-season Maintenance and Closures

  •  When the course is closed due to frost or maintenance, a chain is put up at the #1 Tee. This indicates that the course is closed, including the practice area near #2 Tee and the putting green behind the Golf Shop. No one is allowed on any section of the course.
  •  All Rakes are to be placed on the outside of the sand trap on the outer area of the fairway in the direction of the hole.

Emergency Lock Box
It is important that you are prepared in case of an emergency for Superstition Fire or Police to gain emergency access to your property. Click the button below and submit the Lock Box Form to provide your lock box code for Superstition Fire and EMS.
