01 Getting Started Resort Basics
General Rules and Age Restrictions
Mailroom | Addresses
When you check in, you are assigned the mailbox associated with the unit you are renting. If you have a key in your mailbox, you will need to get your package out of the parcel boxes located near the mailboxes. If you have a pink slip you will need to go to the mailroom window to pick up your package.
All parcels except United States Post Office will be delivered directly to your residence. Please address all packages and mail following the examples below using your unit and street number where applicable:

Below is a list of items that MAY be available to borrow. We lend items out on a ‘good faith’ basis with hopes that they will be returned and available for the next resident to use.

The Activities Office is located in the Rec Hall and opened seasonally, from October – March. The Activities at a Glance Newsletter is emailed to every resident on Mondays (October – March).

Laundry facilities are located across from the Apache Building (Creative Crafts, Computer Club, Music Room). The machines are coin operated, and it is open daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

There are two Reverse Osmosis (RO) water machines; one is adjacent to the Phase I pool area, and the other is in the Apache Building parking lot. Water is $0.25/gallon.
