RESIDENT NEWSLETTER
PUBLISHED ON FRI. NOVEMBER 01, 2024
HAPPY FRIDAY, ROADHAVEN
Before we get into this week’s newsletter, we’d like to let you know that several residents have reported flyers or door hangers left on their property. Please remember, that the distribution of such materials and door-to-door solicitation are prohibited at Roadhaven.
The Wi-Fi near the Phase I tennis courts will be out of service for the next few weeks as we wait for the new outdoor access point to be installed.
We need to remove a dead pine tree on hole 1 (golf course) due to safety concerns. The earliest time for this to be done is Sunday morning between 9 and 11AM. We apologize for this inconvenience, especially since this is during quiet hours, but it’s important for the safety of our residents that we address this issue promptly. Thank you for understanding.
Please note: Resident Newsletters will be housed on the Resident News page this season.
We are one day away from our Welcome Back Party (Saturday, Nov. 02)! The party starts at 4:30PM and is scheduled to run until 7:30PM. Bring your chairs, beverages, and dancing shoes. There will be live music and food trucks if you want to purchase a snack or dinner. Meet us in the Bell Tower Courtyard to kick off Roadhaven’s 42nd season. This is a free-entry event. Sponsored by: ArchWell Health | Clear Title Agency of Arizona | Day Star Screens | Paragon Home Services | Deblis LLC | Sonoran Country Realty | Semper Fi Heating and Cooling
Do you have family or friends looking to rent a home or RV lot inside Roadhaven this season? Please guide them to Roadhaven.com and select Homes for Rent or RV lots for Sale or Rent under Real Estate in the main menu. We have 50 homes and lots available for rent during the 2024-2025 season. If you are a homeowner renting out a unit, please make sure to keep your listing updated. If you need help with a rental listing email Sarah Lindsay board@roadhaven.com.
Please do not move the blue mats in the Phase I Pool area.
These mats have been placed in these areas specifically to protect the pool deck from spa chemicals, hard water, and the accumulation of lotions and oils in high-traffic pathways. This is a trial to see if these mats will protect the pool deck and allow a time delay for decking upgrades.
Happy Birthday to our residents celebrating this month:
