LET’S HAVE SOME FUN, ROADHAVEN

🦃 Our Thanksgiving Potluck is this Thursday, November 28 in the Rec Hall.
Set up begins at 1pm, with Happy Hour at 4, Dinner at 5, and Entertainment at 6. There is also a Meal Coordination Meeting this Monday, November 25, at 2pm in the Rec Hall.

🏁 Racers, ready? The Roadhaven Amazing Race takes place Friday, November 29.
The race begins in the Courtyard Patio, 1pm. This event is hosted by our residents; all are welcomed.

The Activities Office wishes you and yours a happy holiday season. Please note that the Roadhaven offices, including the Activities office, will be closed next Thursday and Friday (November 28 and 29th) for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will also be closed Wednesdays, December 25 and January 01, 2025.

All event tickets are on sale at the Activities Office! Friday Night Dances, Barleens Dinner Theater, New Year’s Eve, Dessert Socials, Murder Mystery Dinner, Annual Cornhole Tournament, and more!

Please note: If you reserve the Rec Hall for an event, you must:

Set up tables and chairs yourself
Clean the tables after the event
Put away tables and chairs you used
Return the room to the standard Coffee Talk layout posted on the Club Announcement board in the back of the Rec Hall

Food Truck Mondays

Nov. 25
This week’s food truck is CHEW Philly (Cheesesteaks, Chicken, Shrimp, Burgers). Learn more about CHEW Philly.

Every Monday from 4-7pm, our visiting food trucks will park at the Shuffleboard/Tennis Parking Lot. You can view the food truck schedule and order online here or go directly to the food truck. For more information, visit our Activities page.

Starting December 3, 2024, Handlebar Pub & Grill will have a food truck stationed in the Restaurant Parking Lot, across from the Golf Pro Shop, every week, Tuesdays through Fridays from 11am to 4pm.

Big Show Concert Series

Single Ticket Sales: You can go online or into the Activities off to purchase individual tickets to single shows of your choice. Season Passes (table or individual) are no longer available. All tickets are assigned reserved seating. Online ticket sales stop 30 minutes prior to the show starting.
Online Price: $32.64 per show
Cash or Check Price: $30.25

At the door sales: The evening of the event you can purchase tickets from the Activities Office (Rec Hall) at the door using a credit or debit card, or cash.

Online tickets can be purchased using the QR code on the flyers or on the Activities page at roadhaven.com/activities.
In-person tickets can be purchased in the Activities Office using cash, check, debit or credit card.

Note: Doors and Show Times are different. Show starting means the time the show starts, not when the doors open. Sales and show times and dates are subject to change. Please continue to look at the Activities page for updated information.
